Mykala's Rice and Cheese Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2lbs broccoli
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 2 10oz cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter
- Add the onions and sautée until brown
- Mix the remainder of the ingredients together in a casserole dish
- Stir in the browned onions
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes
