Food Services Team
Equally comfortable giving presentations in the boardroom as spreading compost in the garden, Beth’s 10+ years of management experience in corporate and non-profit settings means she’s ready for anything. Beth is a dedicated team player with a passion for systems that extends beyond TNDF and into her personal life where she helps her partner run a cold hardy fruit and nut tree nursery.
Putting her 10+ years of customer service experience to good use, Tiffany loves building community and connections through our Mobile Food Market! When not out on the road, you can find her at home with her cats, cozy gaming, or practicing K-Pop dances.
With a passion for cooking, Kori loves being in the kitchen making meals, baking, canning, helping to educate community members about food, and making people them feel comfortable in the kitchen. Outside of the kitchen, you can find her spending time with her family fishing, gardening, and listening to true crime podcasts.
Having worked in food security for over 4 years, Kate is dedicated to supporting the food access services that TNDF provides, primarily the Nourish House food bank and the Mobile Food Market, ensuring that all people have access to nutritious, locally grown food regardless of their economic situation. When not working, Kate is an avid gardener, a devoted dog mom, a lover of cooking and baking, and a student of Architectural Technologies, who hopes to help tackle the growing housing crisis.
Karley is passionate about bringing the community together through accessible and engaging programs. In her free time, Karley enjoys camping, attending concerts, and reading.
Lisa is excited to be working for an organization that has a direct and positive impact on community members. As a passionate foodie, Lisa spends her home life experimenting in her kitchen.
Social Services Team

With a background in social work, Mackenzie has a passion for making meaningful connections to help others recognize their strengths and meet their goals. To her, self care looks like spending quality family time, practicing yoga, and exploring new places.
Motivated to address homelessness and housing insecurity, Eliza is a driven Transitional Housing Coordinator with a commitment to fill gaps that lead to homelessness and housing insecurity. When Eliza is not working, she will most likely be found running around with her nieces and nephew.
Tierney has a strong background working with children and youth and her career path has always focused on assisting vulnerable populations and empowering communities. When Tierney is not at work she loves to garden, camp, hike, and spend time with her family, friends and her pet cats and chickens!
Operations and Communications Team
Energized by the potential for positive change, Jess is a dedicated nonprofit leader with a heart for building community, eradicating poverty, and creating a just and sustainable food system. When she’s not working, Jess can be found at Fleming College teaching seminars on Sustainable Agriculture, at Canter Coffee making lattes, or at home re-watching her favourite sitcoms.
Zoe has diverse work and volunteer experience spanning community development, agriculture, arts, tourism, and food security. When Zoe isn’t punching the clock, you can find her punching the heavy bag at the gym or obsessively working on a jigsaw puzzle while listening to a podcast.
When Ashleigh isn’t using her skills as a photographer and graphic designer to drive TNDF’s visual identity, she enjoys homesteading, freelance photography, and spending family time at the cottage with her children.
Jenn’s roots run deep in Brock Township, as does her love for this community, which she shows by spreading warmth and compassion in each and every interaction she has. When away from work Jenn finds joy in gardening, renovating, and puttering around her beloved hobby farm.

FUNDRAISING & ADVOCACY COORDINATOR
Katerina is driven by her passion for visual communication and the positive impact it can have on a community. Her love of photography and graphic design is put to good use both in and outside of work!
