Up With Women is a year-long coaching-focused program that supports women and gender diverse individuals in finding a sustainable path out of poverty, towards long-term employment and healthy, prosperous lives.

Up With Women offers:

• 1 year of coaching
• Monthly group support sessions
• Access to webinars and workshops
• Access to personality and strengths assessments

Eligibility:

• Women or gender-diverse folks over 18+
• Income: living around or below the poverty line
• Are living at a point of reasonable stability
• Have English or French proficiency

A worker from Up With Women will be joining us at The Nourish and Develop Foundation on Wednesday, May 21st, to host an Information Booth from 11:30-1:00 . They will be available to answer questions about their program.
