On Friday, May 30th, 2025, META Employment Services will be offering an in-class Smart Serve certification session. This training provides individuals with the opportunity to earn their Smart Serve Certificate, which is required for anyone serving, selling, or handling alcohol in Ontario.

By completing this certification, participants will:

• Increase their employability in restaurants, bars, catering, events, and hospitality settings
• Gain essential knowledge about responsible alcohol service and Ontario liquor laws
• Enhance workplace safety skills and professionalism in customer service environments
• Meet provincial legal requirements for working in licensed establishments

This is a great step toward gaining valuable credentials and opening up new job opportunities in the service and hospitality industry!
