Minds in Motion

Alzheimer’s Society will be visiting The Nourish and Develop Foundation to run one of their programs called Minds in Motion

This is a recreation program that runs for 8 consecutive weeks. It incorporates 45-60 minutes of physical activity and 45-60 minutes of mentally stimulating activities for individuals living with dementia and their care partner (best for people living with mild to moderate dementia)

Minds in Motion will run out of the dining room at 16 York Street Cannington
It will start on Monday September 23rd and continue until November 18th (excluding October 14) from 12:45 PM to 2:45 PM.

$40 fee applies per couple for the whole 8 weeks
