Staff from Durham Community Health Centre’s Hep C Team will be on site at The Nourish and Develop Foundation on Wednesday June 25th from 11:30-1:00 PM during Community Lunch. They will have an information booth set up with information and resources on health and Hepatitis C.

They can assist you with:

• Hep C testing (get your results in 20 minutes!)
• Learn about the cure for Hep C
• Learn about treatment
