• Capital gains or losses
• Employment expenses
• Filed for bankruptcy
• Are deceased in a tax year

Government-issued

✓ Government-issued ID (health card, driver’s licence)

✓ Social Insurance Number

✓ Income slips and receipts (T4, T5007, etc.)

✓ Medical receipts

✓ Rent receipts
