Join Alzheimer’s Society Durham Region at The Nourish and Develop Foundation for Minds in Motion!

This is a recreation program that runs for 8 consecutive weeks. It incorporates 45-60 minutes of physical activity and 45-60 minutes of mentally stimulating activities for individuals living with dementia and their care partner (best for people living with mild to moderate dementia).
