Cultivating change is challenging work, but it’s made easier with collaboration and partnerships that allow us to have a greater impact than we could have on our own.

In 2022, we collaborated with 96 partners on 130 local initiatives that strengthened relationships and fostered and enhanced access to food, housing, and other supportive resources.
